Creation

In the beginning there was a great fusion of matter, and Atys came into being. Then the life giver heaved the new planet's crust in spasms until the first breath was wrenched from her throbbing bosom in a great burst of energy, and the train of life was in motion.

Seeds of existence were sown on the wind. Trees were soon sprouting their green sleeves, fowl soaring on the wing, beasts romping and fish jumping in the frenetic miracle of Life.

Deep in the bowels of the green planet the Kamis were engendered with mind and consciousness by the life giver herself, and sent to keep watch over her creation.

The Kamis surfaced to explore the lands under their protection and before long their path met that of the natural adorers : the homins who had taken root in the Tree of Life.
